The Long Way Down is coming back to Colorado Springs
The movie, "The Long Way Down," with Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman launches with a two-hour movie premiere on July 31st at 7:30 PM and then the TV series on Fox Reality Channel starting on August 2.
Long Way Returns to the U.S.
All BMW motorcycle owners know the 2004 Long Way Round when Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman traversed Europe, Russia, Central Asia and the U.S. on BMW model R1150 GS Adventures. The series overnight made the GS the top-selling bike in the UK and helped GS sales worldwide.
Our boys now return for a ten-hour reprise in the Long Way Down from the northernmost top of Scotland to the Cape of Good Hope at the tip of South Africa.
Theatrical Debut of
Long Way Down on July 31st, 2008
A special two-hour movie version of Long Way Down will air in 400 select theatres for one night only, on July 31st at 7:30 nationwide. This exclusive director's cut is the only way the public will be able to see this film on the big screen.
Tickets for Long Way Down will be on sale at
www.fathomevents.com from Friday, June 27th and will be only $10. Locally in Colorado Springs, it will be featured at the Cinemark theaters on Powers and Tinseltown.
