Middle Eastern Dance (Belly Dance) (ages 10-14)

What:	Our well-trained instructor will teach students basic dance movements that fit Arabic music. There will be an emphasis on posture, body awareness, body isolations, and learning to move with mindfulness, class and grace. Some information regarding the countries and cultures from which the dance originates will also be covered. No previous dance experience is needed. Wear a t-shirt and exercise pants or similar attire. Please, bring a notebook and pen and a scarf to tie around your hips. $31/6 sessions; Limit: 15 (max.), 9 (min.) - open to the public Pre-registration required.
