After having lost 60pounds through a combination of healthy lifestyle habits, dancing and fitness, I am here to share with you the secret to "happy happy joy joy" fitness.

Colorado Springs newest salsa dance fitness studio presents a variety of classes to get your feet moving. Our concept is about everyday people doing fun, effective, and simple salsa and dance fitness. Our feature class is Zumba Latin Dance Aerobics which blends Latin and international dance themes alongside those world beats to bring you interval training in a dance fitness format. Our feature dance is salsa. We are a dedicated salsa studio offering you the heart and soul of mambo (also called New York Salsa On2). Whether you are here for On1, On2, LA or Casino Ruedo, we can get your feet on the dance floor and get you dancing.
