Library Offers a Teen Event during Winter Break

A great activity has been planned by Teen Liaison Diane Sawatzki and the Monument Library's Teen Advisory Group.

Happening on January 3 between 4:00 and 7:00 in the evening, the library will offer board games, food, video games (including the new and popular Guitar Hero and Smash Brothers), and the chance to get away from the parents for a while!

In addition, there will be a Stupid Gift Exchange. Did you get something for Christmas you don't want to keep? Rewrap it and bring it along.

This event promises to help relieve post-Christmas boredom while offering a chance to catch up with friends.

Pre-registration is required at the Monument Library. This activity is for teens only, ages 13-16. Call 488-2370 or come in to register. Space is limited.
