I hate to say "I told you so," but a customer that was on my mailing list never bought a thing but liked to read all the stories and information on my products.
Well, I received this E-mail and a pretty good order to a now committed paying customer. All this after the fact. Everyone! Please don't wait till something happens to make that plan and get prepared.
I got this letter from Rick. Dear Alan, I've been reading your e-mails for quite a while, and really look forward to them. By now I've probably read a couple hundred warnings to be prepared, but it just didn't sink in deep enough.
I run a small restaurant that does very well. I handle a lot of cash, and go the bank twice a day, which is only a hop, skip, and jump from the restaurant. Tuesday night I was going to make the night drop, and out of the blue two Crims stepped out and took the bag right out of my hand, and disappeared. I lost about 4 K, or the entire days receipts. If I would have had something from your toolkit, I wouldn't be out a lot of dough.
The Crims didn't have a gun, they just strong armed me, the old fashioned way. If I had spent a few bucks with you, which I could easily afford, I would still have my money.
I sent you a pretty nice order today, and from now on I promise to be alert, aware, and have a plan.
Rick
TBK: That was a good order Rick, and you shouldn't have any problems now. And never walk to the bank with a deposit alone. If both of you are carrying a tool, you'll be even safer. Stay aware, alert, and have a plan. Before something happens.
