The Missing Coal Wagon
Contributed by: Martha Lancaster on 5/8/2008

As the two miners climbed to the top of Sierra Ridge, Glum exclaimed, "By George, that's where we left that confound coal wagon last fall."
After the snow melted and spring was in the air, Joe and Glum trudged with their shovels and the old donkey looking for gold. Instead they found their old wagon parked at the corner of Templeton Gap and Austin Bluffs.
