What:

Celebrate Recovery is held every Friday. The dates say it ends in December 2008, but it doesn't -- I just had to pick an end date. This is copied and pasted directly from Radiant Church's website:

WELCOME TO CELEBRATE RECOVERY!

Celebrate Recovery is a ministry for those dealing with addictions and compulsions, or, to put it simply, those dealing with hurts, habits and hang-ups. The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to provide fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to be changed. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God's grace in solving our life's problems.

The issues that can be addressed by the Celebrate Recovery ministry include, but are not limited to, the following: co-dependency, anger/depression/fear issues, chemical dependency (alcohol/drug addiction), sexual addiction, sexual abuse recovery, eating disorders, abortion recovery, and more. The 12 Steps can apply to any hurt, habit or hang-up.

By working and applying these biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we develop a closer relationship with our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power -- Jesus Christ.

WELCOME TO AN AMAZING SPIRITUAL ADVENTURE!
