One of my favorite places to eat is Wild Ginger, on Colorado Avenue, near Manitou Springs.

If you're new in the area, you might not know about Wild Ginger. It's not flashy, it doesn't have big signs and it doesn't really advertise ....most of their clientele are there due to word of mouth.

Which should - right of the bat - tell you a bit about their food. It is awesome. From mild to thai hot - the option is yours. Great Pad Thai, delicious soups, Yummy Thai tea...whatever your palate desires - it's there - and it's fresh!
