Family Eatertainment Venue Wins Acclaim in Customer Study

Colorado Springs, Colo. - May 30, 2008 -iT'Z Food & Fun, located at 3035 New Center Point near Stetson Hills and Powers Blvds., has found its way into the hearts of customers, according to a recent on-site survey commissioned by the company.

The survey polled customers about their decision making process when determining an eatertainment venue. Questions included what establishments they visited and why, which they like best, how many times they've visited and what they like most.

"The insight we got from our customers-new and returning-has been eye-opening," said Mark Moore, president and CEO of iT'Z. "We know everyone loves our themed dining rooms, but the fact that they perceive everything being better at iT'Z is very gratifying." iT'Z, recently named the area's Best New Family Attraction by the Colorado Springs Gazette, opened in February.

All of the customers polled in the survey had visited iT'Z as a result of the company's marketing efforts and word-of-mouth. The themed dining rooms, which include the sports-infused Gametime; the cartoon-crazy Toon'z; the drive-in movie feel of Galaxy; and the music-thumping, hip Hollywood, proved a particularly popular and cool factor in differentiating iT'Z from local competition. The themed dining rooms enable families to have different experiences each time they visit.

Unanimously, respondents felt that iT'Z provided an overall better experience-from food and games to atmosphere and physical space-and was a higher quality alternative for Springs-area families.

With more than 45,000 square feet of dining and entertainment space, iT'Z offers some 130 video and redemption games, a mini bowling alley, indoor thrill rides and more. In addition, there's free wifi for customers and an expansive buffet that includes pizza, pasta, a taco, salad and baked potato bar, hot soups and tasty desserts.
