At Doctors Medical Group of Colorado Springs, our small team of pediatric providers will get to know your child and family personally. Our vision is to help parents to better understand their children as they nurture, guide, and care for them, resulting in improved lives for children and their families. Annelise Spees, M.D., FAAP, is a pediatrician with a special interest in children with developmental, behavioral, and learning difficulties. She graduated from Stanford Univeristy and earned her M.D. from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia. She completed her pediatric residency at Hahnemann Hospital and her pediatric fellowship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She is board-eligible in Developmental Pediatrics. Dr. Spees has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient pediatrics. She traveled to Saipan in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands in 1986 to practice in a multicultural developing community for four years. She has also traveled to Belize where she volunteers her medical expertise to the children of small villages. She is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Spees is married to Dr. Robert Spees and has four children. She enjoys piano and guitar, volunteering in children's ministry, and has served with a private school board.
Rhonda Heschel, M.S., M.S.N., C-PNP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Illinois, has a Master's degree in Biology from Tufts University, and earned her Master's in Nursing from Yale University in 2003. She is interested in childhood asthma, child development, and adolescent health. She is a board member of the state PNP association and enjoys reading, hiking, music, movies and (most of all) spending time with her husband and son.
Kindra Reilly, R.N., is a pediatric nurse with 23 years of experience. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient pediatrics, and has a special interest in neurology, behavior and celiac disease. Kindra is married with four children and six grandchildren. She enjoys needlework, sewing, and boating.
Jill Devlin, C.M.A., is a medical assistant with 10 years of experience. She has worked in the ER and the diabetic unit at Penrose Hospital. She has a special interest in trauma, diabetes and behavior. Jill is married with six children and5 dogs, including a new pug puppy named Pippi. She enjoys reading, antiquing, and cheering on her family!
