COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-October 4, 2007- Patsy Thompson, Vice President and Manager of the Downtown location of The Bank at Broadmoor, is the new President of The Pikes Peak Kiwanis Club for 2007/2008. Patsy has been a member of The Pikes Peak Kiwanis Club for over four years and demonstrates one of the key philosophies of The Bank at Broadmoor which is to serve in the communities where the Bank does business. Patsy Thompson's Presidential platform in the next year is to continue to add new members to the Club in order to grow the level of service to children in the Pikes Peak Region.

The Pikes Peak Kiwanis Club is part of a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. The Club meets every Thursday for lunch at Giuseppe's Depot, 10 S. Sierra Madre Street and supports local organizations such as the Boy Scouts, CASA, TESSA, Teen Court, Ronald McDonald House, Make A Wish Foundation, Pikes Peak Family Connections and many more with both volunteers and financial assistance.
