Come to this free Saturday afternoon (2PM) program at the History Center across the street from Bancroft Park on the Westside, and learn what REALLY happened 140 years ago right here in Colorado City

Broome's book is "Dog Soldier Justice. Michno's books are the big $45 classic "Sand Creek, a Military Perspective", and the "Indian Wars Encyclopaedia" and his brand new "A Fate Worse than Death' - the capture and brutalization of white women pioneer.

Not only will Jeff Broome tell about Indian Raids on settlers around here during his hour long presentation, he and Greg Michno - a terrific non politically correct scholar will sell and sign their new books about the Indian Wars of 1868, including Sand Creek.
