COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - Baseball season is almost here. On Friday, March 30
th, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox and the Colorado Rockies will face off in the first professional game of the year in Colorado as the Sky Sox kick off their 2007 campaign. Tickets for the game go on sale this next Monday, March 5
th and fans are encouraged to call early and reserve their seats as this game is expected to sell out.
Individual game tickets for all of the Sky Sox home games also go on sale, Monday, March 5
th. Box seats are $9.00 and Reserved Seats are $7.00. Mini-Season ticket packages start as low as $45 and include many exciting dates throughout the summer. Tickets can be purchased at the Sky Sox box office, located at Security Service Field, or can be ordered by phone at (719) 591-SOXX (7699) or online at
www.skysox.com. Ticket office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Fans can purchase tickets online at any time.

The Colorado Springs Sky Sox open the 2007 regular season at home on Thursday, April 5
th at 6:05 PM versus the Tucson Sidewinders as they begin an eight-game home stand. Second-year manager Tom Runnells will seek to lead the Sky Sox back to the playoffs in the hopes of bringing home the franchises third PCL Championship.
Along with championship caliber action on the field, the Sky Sox have put together one of the most exciting promotional schedules to date. This year will feature weekly specials like 25¢ hot dogs on Sundays, Two Dollar Tuesdays, Bark in the Park on Wednesdays, Girls Night Out on Thursdays and the always popular Friday Fireworks. There will be a total of 14 amazing firework shows throughout the season!
On top of all this, there will also be special events and giveaways like the Independence Day Firework Extravaganza on July 3, Used Car Night on July 14
th, the Legends Game on July 20
th, exciting national performing acts like BirdZerk!, The Zooperstars, Rally and much more.
