Peters & Friedman: 2 million dollar verdict

A Jury returned a 2 million dollar verdict against Santa Rosa Cove Homeowners Association represented by Peters & Freedman

A California Jury returned a verdict of 1.6 million dollars in actual damages and 400 thousand dollars in punitive damages againts Santa Rosa Cove Association who were represented by Peters and Friedman whose scorched earth legal efforts did not work against Riverside homeowners.

Peters and Friedman's scorched earth legal strategy was finally defeated by homeowners Richard and Leslie Fredericks who refused to be cowed over a six year period.

Last week a Riverside California Jury returned a 2 million dollar verdict against the Santa Rosa Cove Homeowners Association for their efforts to interfere with the Fredericks' right of access.

What is significant is that the tactics of the law firm Peters and Friedman and Michael Kim did not work, and they cost the homeowners of Santa Rosa Cove Homeowners Association a 2 million dollar verdict.
