What:	This is an introduction for those with no experience. It covers the phonetic alphabet, a few basic characters and grammar, as well as beginning conversation. Students who wish to get CDE licensure/increment credit must meet all course requirements and bring an additional $50 check made payable to the D-11 In-service Office on the first day of class. Pay the instructor $6 for materials. $75/8 sessions; Limit: 15 (max.), 10 (min.) - open to the public Pre-registration required.
