Immaculate Conception Of A Dream
By Andy Newman

I leave for New York, my destiny, soon.
Please tell me, what freedom is there from the moon?
It pulls me in, it draws me away,
And I would stumble if not for its shade.

A trance of naught but opening of my crack,
My soul shatters at your neat attack
I would show you love in a skyline,
Come with me, child, as the sun sets behind
Us.

Articulate, immaculate conception of a dream
You devour, child, what I mean
For love's lost boundaries
Lie between.

Shielded within a gaze,
Your frost nips upon my mind's haze
An overwhelming extreme, climax to a scream
I would not love if I'd not hate.

Story now, end to beginning,
A stony pilgrimage, hard is my heart
Yet I drill into it, proffer you what gems
Come from it
Speak of it
And laugh as it
Begins to sit
Upon your porch

A dog left home,
A neon bone
Thrown home

Grip-lift, anon is forever tipped
(My coming speaks through the wind) eeeeeee, the streets cry
Blood met their I [for eye could never tell a lie]
Immaculate conception
Of a dream
Speaks to me
