iT'Z Supporting Students
iT'Z Family Food & Fun, Colorado Spring's newest destination for family entertainment located at 3035 New Center Point, hosted local students for Junior Achievement (JA) Job Shadow Day on Friday, April 18. JA's Job ShadowDay takes students into the workplace to learn about careers. The 16 students from Sabin Middle School shadowed iT'Z supervisors and managers to get a firsthand look at what their jobs entail on a day-to-day basis. The kids also received game cards and were given an hour to play on their choice of 130+ video and ticket games, three exciting rides, 10-pin bowling lanes or a small-scale indoor speedway.
iT'Z community mission is focused on supporting and being an active and contributing citizen to the Colorado Springs community. iT'Z does this by partnering with local non-profits, teachers and parents. iT'Z donation program allows both youth-serving and non youth-serving non-profit organizations to partner with iT'Z to raise funds and increase awareness of their organizations. iT'Z Teacher Partnership allows teachers to partner with iT'Z to obtain rewards for their classes. Teachers determine class or individual student goals and iT'Z partners with those teachers to help their students achieve success.
JA Worldwide is the world's largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.
The entire iT'Z facility can hold up to 2,372 guests at once, so birthday and graduation parties, sports teams, schools, churches and corporate groups also have a new venue for special events. For more information on iT'Z please visit
