COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - September 23, 2008 -- Don't miss the 5 th Annual Taste of Manitou Wine Pairing Dinner! This sell-out event is Friday, October 10, 2008,for the best of the best in Colorado Cuisine and Wine. The Bank at Broadmoor, a locally owned community bank, is the Premier Event Sponsor. The Bank at Broadmoor recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of the opening of their Westside location, located at 3216 West Colorado Avenue.

The menus, for the event, have been set and wines have been paired for the most spectacular dinner in Manitou Springs! Hosting the event is The Cliff House at Pikes Peak located at 306 Canon Avenue. Restaurants featured include The Stagecoach Inn, The Craftwood Inn, Adam's Mountain Café, The Cliff House at Pikes Peak, The Briarhurst Manor and The Spice of Life. Wineries include Two Rivers Winery and DeBeque Canyon.

The event includes both silent and live auctions including a rendition of C.H. Rockey's print of the Manitou Springs Town Clock with the goddess Hygeia holding her own wine glass (additional Rockey prints will be available for sale) and dinner for two at The Broadmoor Summit restaurant. Purchase a Rockey print and you will have an opportunity to win a door prize of a solid gold necklace compliments of Russell Design Studio, 949 Manitou Avenue.
