COMPANION COTTAGE, a social adult day care service

At last , a cozy place for loved ones to spend the days until you come home from work or just to have a day for yourself! Companion Cottage,LLC is a newly established day care for dependant seniors who often spend their days alone while their caregivers juggle family, activities, jobs, medical appointments or just try to fit some respite time in there somewhere.
This unique setting for companion care is an inviting alternative to costly home care services, or expensive assisted living facilities. So often families are faced with the difficult decision about the kind of care for their special loved one and where to get it! Of primary concern is safety and experienced staff while offering the homelike setting with other guests of their own generation.
Personal therapists are welcome to provide their ongoing services to guests on our premises. There are no medical services available at the Cottage, however prescribed medications will be monitored and staff is always on standby. Registration and a physician statement is required.

Full days and half days are available. Space is limited to no more than five scheduled guests at one time.

Companion Cottage provides a library, a music and video room, an equipped art room for personal hobbies and crafts and the opportunity to share their life experiences with new friends. Boredom is not an option at CC.
The Cottage is located in a residential area near the Palmer Park with convenient hours during the week . We offer a lite breakfast and lunch.
A special feature is the lovely outdoor living area, a patio, grape arbor and lawn to enjoy during the warm weather months. The caring, compassionte staff and loveable resident pooch are happy to spend the days providing attention and peace of mind for families.
At the end of the day, when everyone wants to know "what did you do today?" , Mom and Dad will have something to say! Companion Cottage will be your family life partner while you are caregiver for your loved one.
