German, Beginning, Conversational II

What:	This class picks up where German I left off. The course will continue to focus strongly on communication skills for everyday situations, giving students as many chances as possible to practice the target language. Students' ability to understand and communicate in German will also improve through intensified study of German grammar and verbs, as well as through exposure to authentic and culturally relevant reading and listening materials. Students who wish to get CDE licensure/increment credit must meet all course requirements and bring an additional $50 check made payable to the D-11 In-service Office on the first day of class. No class on October 30 and November 27. $75+book/8 sessions; Limit: 15 (max.), 10 (min.) - open to the public Pre-registration required.
