Blog Entry 130 of 144 Revolution Anyone?
Remember the rise and fall of Rome? Well, it's happening again -- right here in our own country. Historians tell us that the United States is in its last phase of social and financial decline (as if intelligent and rational Americans didn't already know that). Americans who have been paying attention know that our legal system appears to be irreparably broken, and that our local, state and federal governments appear to be in corrupt shambles. Illegal aliens (most from Mexico) appear to be taking over our country. I also read (from reputable and reliable sources) that the United States, Canada and Mexico have plans to merge into one country. Can intelligent and rational Americans peacefully stop this madness? Or will there be another bloody American Revolution? Those two questions are what this blog is all about. Please join me in discussing what steps We The Intelligent And Rational People need to take to turn our country around before it's too late. Jan Jackson

I Am Only One, But...
Contributed by: Jan Jackson   on 8/11/2008

"I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do the something that I can do. What I can do, I should do. And what I should do, by the grace of God, I will do."--Edward Everett Hale

The Colorado lady's HOA CAI (Community Associations Institute) lawyer and her HOA (think "president of a homeowners association and his cabal" when you hear any HOA CAI lawyer say "homeowners association") are now accusing the Colorado HOA lady of violating a court order and are threatening to pursue a contempt of court action in court against her. That is, they will try to unjustly take a lot more of her money away from her.

The reality of the HOA Colorado lady's situation appears to be that there is no violation of any court order, but that she will have to defend herself anyway ... again ... against her accusers. And that will cost her lots of money in attorney fees -- which is exactly what her HOA's CAI lawyer, president, and their cabal members who seek to silence her want to happen.

Why? Because once HOA homeowners cannot afford to pay their attorneys to defend them against their HOAs' "bad guys'" unjust and untrue onslaughts, they are, for all intents and purposes, silenced. A situation which seems to be becoming more the norm than the exception in HOAs these days. That is, HOA CAI lawyers and HOA presidents appear to quite often falsely accuse questioning HOA homeowners of some wrongdoing so that they can "punish" the homeowners into silence (usually by taking large sums of money away from them by trumping up some phony reason to do so).

By the way, the above is true in all corrupt HOAs in our country today (which encompasses many, if not all, HOAs). It appears to be the newest "game" that Community Associations Institute (CAI) lawyers-lobbyists have hit upon to try to run questioning homeowners out of money to shut them up (deprive them of their right to freedom of speech) without having to go to court about it where justice, hopefully, would have prevailed for the homeowners -- given honest judges with integrity.

Might this particular Colorado lady's HOA be your homeowners association? If it is, around the end of this month, you will see great big chunks of your income and/or savings being pigeonholed by your HOA to come right out of your pocket and go right into the pockets of your HOA's lawyer, board members, and the rest of their cabal.

Stopping that from happening, of course, could easily happen if a majority of informed, intelligent and rational homeowners in your HOA stood up on their hind legs, right now, and said, "No more!" to your HOA's power-and-money-seeking lawyer, its wealthy president, and its sycophantic cabal.

What's that you say? You don't have enough homeowners in your HOA who have the money (or the guts) to take on the wealthy president and his bought-and-paid-for cabal members?

hmmm... Don't your HOA homeowners know that it doesn't necessarily take money to fight HOA corruption? That all it really takes is one determined homeowner that knows that he (or she) cannot do everything, but that he can do something? And that by his own hand and the grace of God, he can and will do that something?

Yup! Just one homeowner who is determined to rid himself of his HOA's "bad guys" by publicly telling the truth about what's going on in his HOA.

That's all it takes to "clean house" in any HOA.
