Blog Entry 127 of 135 Revolution Anyone?

Remember the rise and fall of Rome? Well, it's happening again -- right here in our own country. Historians tell us that the United States is in its last phase of social and financial decline (as if intelligent and rational Americans didn't already know that). Americans who have been paying attention know that our legal system appears to be irreparably broken, and that our local, state and federal governments appear to be in corrupt shambles. Illegal aliens (most from Mexico) appear to be taking over our country. I also read (from reputable and reliable sources) that the United States, Canada and Mexico have plans to merge into one country. Can intelligent and rational Americans peacefully stop this madness? Or will there be another bloody American Revolution? Those two questions are what this blog is all about. 2 million dollar verdict

A Jury returned a verdict of 1.6 million dollars in actual damages and 400 thousand dollars in punitive damages against Santa Rosa Cove Association who were represented by Peters and Friedman who's scorched earth legal efforts did not work against these particular homeowners and their private attorney.

RIVERSIDE California - Peter's and Friedman's scorched earth legal strategy finally was defeated by homeowners Richard and Leslie Fredericks who refused to be cowed over a six year period.

Last week a Riverside Ca. Jury returned a 2 million dollar verdict against the Santa Rosa cove homeowners association for their efforts to interfere with the Fredericks right of access.

Please contact the plaintiff's lawyer Jed Springer of los angeles at 213-624-8407 for a complete recap. What is significant is the tactics of the law firm Peters and Friedman and Michael Kim did not work, and they cost the homeowners a 2 million dollar verdict.

The Jury returned verdict of 1.6 million dollars in case of richard and leslie fredericks v santa rosa cove homeowners association yesterday for interference with access rights. The hoa was represented by michael kim who put these homeowners through six and one half years of litigation hell. The jury has now spoken.
