Hi! I am David Beiswenger,13 years old, an 8th grader at Discovery Canyon Campus and a Life Scout at Boy Scout Troop 70 in Black Forest, Colorado.
I am working on my Eagle Scout project-a blood drive with Memorial Health System Blood Bank to keep blood bank levels maintained during the busy holiday season.

Troop 70's Eagle Project/Community Blood Drive
Sunday, December 2, 2007 9:00 am- 12 noon at the
Black Forest Community Center, 12530 Black Forest Road,
(on the NW corner of Black Forest & Shoup Roads, behind the old Fire Dept.)

I need 35 donors signed up by November 25th to make this a success!
Even if you can't donate, please pass the word on to your friends, family, coworkers, teachers, and administrators.

Did you know:
~Memorial saves almost $2 million annually by hosting community blood drives? ~All the blood collected at this Eagle project blood drive will go back to the Colorado Springs community? ~One blood donation can save up to 3 patients lives! ~Must be 17 yrs. old to donate blood.

Memorial depends on blood drives to keep an inventory on hand so they don't have to purchase from other sources at a higher expense than hosting the blood drives. Please support me and donate at Troop 70's Eagle Project Community Blood Drive and get the word out!
