Fitness "boot camp" style classes are exploding in popularity across the country. These camps are the latest phenomenon in the health and fitness industry because they offer intense, powerful, fat-burning workouts which combine the best of modern day exercise science with proven old-school techniques. Camps are a great alternative to the overcrowded, intimidating gym and perfect for those who do not have a lot of time but still want to be challenged every workout. President of TeamAchievers Fitness Chad Dewey shares his passion for the community and camaraderie that comes along with Training Camps. Team Achievers training camps are designed for both men and women of all fitness levels, from beginners to conditioned athletes. Training camp instructors meet participants at their current fitness level and motivate them to achieve their personal best. The camps will combine cardiovascular, fat burning exercises, with lean-muscle building resistance training. The certified Team Achievers instructors will modify components of each workout to meet the needs of each individual while still providing a challenging workout for all participants.
