Belly Dance for Adults (Ages 15+)

What:	In this introductory class, you will learn some basic dance moves taken from Middle Eastern and North African folkloric dance from our well-trained instructor. There will be an emphasis on posture, body isolations, and learning to move with mindfulness, class and grace. No previous dance experience is needed. Wear a t-shirt and exercise pants or similar attire. Please, bring a notebook and pen and a scarf to tie around your hips. $31/6 sessions; Limit: 18 (max.), 9 (min.) - open to the public Pre-registration required.
