Hello, My name is Norma Rook, I an an Area Captain for the TOPS organization. We are a non-profit, non commerical network of weight-loss support groups.Our mission is to support our members, as they take off pounds sensibly. TOPS was founded in 1948 in Milwaukee, WI. ( That means in 2008 we will celebrate 60 years of helping people "Take off Pounds Sensibly")
We have weekly weigh-ins, with weekly meetings, & professionally prepared programs from TOPS Headquarters. TOPS membership fee is $24.00 yearly, plus a nominal chapter dues, (voted by the membership.)
I presently have 21 chapters in 4 counties in and around the Springs area. I have had e-mail & phone calls of interest to start a TOPS Chapter in the Black Forest Area.
Please contact me, if you would be interested in having an "Open House" in the near future, so I may introduce you to the TOPS way to Lose Weight Sensibly.
