Local author releases encouragement book
Meet him at Colorado Springs bookstores
John Perrodin, Senior Editor for the Christian Writers Guild, has written
Simple Little Words: What You Say Can Change a Life with co-author, Michelle Cox. The two met at a writers conference. Cox lives in North Carolina, and John lives in the Springs. The two created the entire volume via phone and email.
Simple Little Words (Honor: April 2008) shows how the words we say can impact others for a lifetime. And it promotes the power of encouragement through touching true stories. Best-selling
Left Behind author and Colorado resident Jerry B. Jenkins wrote the foreword. Tim LaHaye was one of the endorsers. Contributions came from novelist Karen Kingsbury, Chik-fil-A founder Truett Cathy, artist Ron DiCianni, Disney Imagineer McNair Wilson,
Amazing Grace producer Ken Wales, and many others.
Simple Little Words shows how to use words to uplift - to take the time to encourage those you love while you still have the chance. It even provides tips to improve your E.Q. (Encouragement Quotient). Find out more about Simple Little Words at
